FlowTether is built on the principle of EU Data Sovereignty. All primary user data is hosted exclusively on dedicated servers in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). We do not use US-based cloud providers for data storage.

2. Hybrid AI Privacy Model

We distinguish strictly between your Permanent Knowledge and your Optional Conversations.

• Local Indexing & Search: All semantic search and data extraction use open-source models running on our German servers. Your files never leave for these functions.
• Optional Managed Chat: SlipStream conversations (Claude, GPT) are explicitly opted into per Harbor. These are never used for training.

3. Data Lifecycle & Deletion

• Trash: 30-day soft delete before permanent purge
• Sealed Content: Excluded from all AI operations
• Full Portability: Export everything at any time

Zero third-party tracking. Zero analytics. Zero ads. Essential cookies only (login session).
