1. Agreement

By using FlowTether, you agree to these terms. FlowTether is provided by Firehorse GmbH (i.Gr.), Berlin, Germany.

2. Ownership & Sovereignty

• You own all text, documents, and images you upload.
• You own all AI-extracted summaries, tags, and embeddings.
• We never use your content to train AI models.

3. Service

Hardened dedicated hardware, daily encrypted backups, provided "as is."

4. Termination

Delete anytime. 30-day soft delete. 7-day export window on termination.

5. Jurisdiction

German law. Berlin courts.
